I was a little concerned because I read a review about the heat of the the apartment with broken fans and difficult to check-in. I did not experience anything of the above mentioned. My experience was a smooth check-in with 4 working fans. The apartment is exactly how it looks with a very nice and large outdoor patio. I would stay here again and recommend the stay. The host was very responsive.

We weren't provided checkin instructions or our room number. There was a security guard and gate you had to get through, so that was a bit stressful, especially since I am not fluent in Spanish. The guard was unaware that we were arriving, but seemed aware that other Airbnb guests would be arriving for other rentals. We booked this place because it was really close to a wedding we were attending. The listing says there is NO air conditioning, but that there were portable fans. There was only one tower fan for three bedrooms and after about 30 minutes of sweating, we decided to leave. As a courtesy, I politely let the host know as soon as we left that this wasn't going to work due to that and he said that was rude of me. I never asked for any reimbursement- and this place is definitely over priced. Besides the complex being under construction, the actual apartment is beautiful and the inside is accurately depicted in the photos.
