This house is located in a prime location in Mckinnon - 5min walk from the station. 20-25 min train to city. The room is a guest room that is intended for AirBnb only and has a queen size bed. This is a Quiet Shared House and has lovely people living in it. The bathroom will be shared with 2 other people. 2 seperate Showers with Toilets. The price is fair and it is available for people who don't want to pay a high price for a hotel hence the very affordable price. *NB: NOT A PARTY HOUSE* This is most suitable for: - Monash Uni Students - only 2 stops away to Caulfield (10 min public transport). - People here for a holiday or a break: - 5 min walk from station - 12 min drive to the iconic Brighton Beach - 20 min drive to the city - 30 min train ride from the city. - People that are visiting for work. - People transitioning from Overseas to Australia and need a place for a few weeks. - People transitioning from house to another and need a place for a few weeks. Guests can freely use all the house, we will provide them with a shower towel and a small hand towel. Laundry is also available and could be used with all the stuff available. Tea & coffee are also available and free to use. All kitchen equipment and utensils are free to use. Checkout the pictures as it explains and shows everything available and that you can use. *NB: NOT A PARTY HOUSE* House Rules (Please read carefully, all of the following apply for all bookings): 1) This is a shared house, please be mindful when you're booking that you would be expected to share the house amenities with the housemates although this is a quiet house. 2) You are expected to clean any shared areas after use. If you leave shared areas unclean after use, we reserve the ability to charge you at least an extra $50/week. 3) This is strictly not a party house. You will be charged a violation fee of $500 if you don't abide by the quiet time 10pm-7am or have any kind of party in the house. Please don't book if you intend on brining someone in for fun. 4) No pets allowed. If you bring a pet with you, you will be refused entry and your reservation will be cancelled without any refund. A $300 violation fee applies and will be charged. 5) No unregistered guests allowed. If you intend to stay with another person, please register them. If any unregistered guests attend you’ll be charged a $300 violation fee. If any harm happens or anything gets stolen you will be charged the amount plus a $100 violation fee. 6) Strict check-in and check-out times unless communicated otherwise. A late checkout and early checking fee of $50 will apply in case of violation. 7) Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a $50 replacement fee. 8) Please take care of the furnishings. You will be charged for any damages caused during your stay. 9) Please do your dishes and rinse before putting in dishwasher. If the cooking area is kept dirty at any time we will reserve the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee of $50/week. 10)No illegal substances allowed on the premises. You will be reported to the police and asked to leave if we notice anything. You won’t be refunded, and you will have to pay a $300 violation fee. Guest access Guest can access all shared areas of the house including the big backyard. *NB: NOT A PARTY HOUSE* During your stay: Other housemates & guests will most probably be present at home most of the time so it’ll always be good for a chat.
