One bedroom includes a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the bunkroom. The shared bathroom has a dual shower/tub combo. Just off the bathroom is the bunk room with a twin over a full-size bed. Head across the living room to the primary bedroom with a King bed. The en-suite bathroom also has a 2nd entrance from the hallway off the kitchen. Inside you will find a jetted soaking tub, fireplace and walk-in shower. Once you head back out towards the kitchen there will be a laundry room with full size washer and dryer along with a half bath. Head into the kitchen to find it fully stocked with your cooking needs. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the back patio and ease into the morning. The backyard includes a hammock, firepit, basketball goal and pickleball court! Take a walk across the back yard to the river bunk house with a full over full bunkbed and a full bath or sit along the water and enjoy the patio!
