The home was exactly as pictured. The view of the lake was incredible for the sunrise! The kitchen had everything we needed, nice cookware and appliances. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and not cluttered! If you like to fish fresh water this is your place! We drove to the North Jetty each day which is only about 7 miles, traffic was not to bad. The home is in a large community but still seemed very quiet. The pool at the clubhouse also had an amazing view of the lake! Oh and the birds were very interesting to watch! We will definitely recommend this rental! Looking forward to a future visit. Thank you James and family for creating such a lovely vacation home.

Your place is Beautiful and pristine. Besides being an Oasis, everything was exactly as described. It was well equipped with nothing left out. James is a Great Host and is friendly and very responsive to any questions. If you are a nature lover there is plenty to see , and having binoculars on hand there you bring the nature close up to you. Beaches, restaurants, bike trails and stores are close by. do not hesitate to book with James as we will rebook next year. This place will soon be a guest favorite.

Our stay at James' home in Toscana Isles was nothing short of awesome! First the accommodations were exactly what you see in the pictures from the beautiful interior to all of the amenities of the clubhouse (pool and gym were awesome). Second, the home was equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked and my kids especially liked the candy - great touch! Finally, James was lightening fast in responding to any questions we had and his check in instructions were great. The area was very conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and a short drive to several beaches in either Venice, Nokomis or Siesta Key. We can not wait to go back!

We stayed at James’s place for a month and had a fabulous stay! The house was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. James was super fast to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this house!

Just came home from a wonderful stay at this AirBnb. Can’t say enough positive things: the decor and ambience were perfect. It was so clean and updated which made us feel at home and comfortable in our surroundings. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms spotless. Probably the best designed stay yet. The backyard was lovely with a small, screened-in lanai overlooking a large pond where we could see lots of wildlife. The binoculars were a nice touch to fully enjoy this. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and so much more. Wish we had more time to stay so we could put to use some of the amenities like fishing poles and kayaks! We really enjoyed the pool/clubhouse as well and found the grounds very beautiful and relaxing. We found some beach items like a wagon and chairs. It came in so handy to have everything we needed since we had arrived by plane. James, our host, was super responsive and helpful. Excellent all around!
