Great Experience Overall, Little Sketchy for such a nice neighborhood at Night with Homeless Doting the Streets but it was fine other than that, Someone should do something about that though.
You can hear everything at night, noises everywhere even above us you could hear steps all night, not for a good night sleep, besides that great location.
There was some loud noise in the morning coming from a room a couple doors down that was being remodeled. Other than that, it was a good place to stay in SD. I was able to find metered parking across the street which is free overnight! But we did get a parking ticket in the morning so make sure to read signs, wake up early to reload your meter.
Excellent location! Lots of good restaurants at a walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.
