We have been hosting guests for 100 years! Our rustic and charming Boarding Hall is a perfect place to spend the night. Our historic grounds at Patterson Grove are the perfect picture of peace and serenity. Spend the night, take a stroll and enjoy a little bit of history while you are in the area. Patterson Grove is a Christian campground, founded more than 150 years ago. There are more than 100 privately owned cottages on the grounds. There is an open-air tabernacle, pond, paths, woods and stream. There is a large Boarding Hall with 10+ guest rooms. Each modest room is on the second floor of the building and accessible via a flight of stairs. Rooms each have their own window unit air conditioner. WiFi is available in the building. There are no kitchen amenities available (fridge, microwave, etc.) Guests should not eat or bring things into the rooms that attract critters. Each room has its own key and lock. There is a shared men's restroom and women's restroom with multiple stalls. There is also a separate men's shower room and women's shower room. Both are on the same floor as the guest rooms. All linens, blankets and pillows provided plus towels. Patterson Grove is only open during the summer months since we have no water or heat in the winter. Our Boarding Hall is an historic building and as such has some 'rustic charm.' There is a large porch on the front where you are welcome to sit and enjoy. We hope you will find this place a peaceful respite from wherever you have traveled from. Patterson Grove is just 6 miles from the Route 118 entrance to Ricketts Glen. For much of the summer the grounds are very quiet with a few cottages and guest rooms occupied. On Saturdays there is a concert in the tabernacle at 7:15P and on Sundays there is a 7:15P vesper service. After each of these our snackbar and centennial shoppe are open. Both of these are at the Boarding Hall. Three times per summer we have a fundraising dinner in the dining hall of the Boarding Hall.
