Comfortable quiet cottage just the right distance from the water. Lovely patio. Fantastic Internet. Lots of electrical outlets.

My partner and I were impressed beyond belief about this gorgeous oasis right in the heart of the downtown. Everything was exquisitely and thoughtfully laid out for us, with snacks to boot. What a super clean home Gina and John gave to us. We imagined that we lived there and that it was our home, our coffee shop, our homey theatre down the street, and also our little grocery store. The home was light and airy and so beautifully decorated. They respected our privacy although in the end we sought them out and consider them our friends. There is another fellow who lives on the property and he too was just a gem. The courtyard is as perfect and welcoming as the home itself; there were lemons and passion fruits falling from the trees . We could hear the seals barking in the distance. Every day we took a walk down to the wharf and checked in on the animals (seals and otters). Thirty days wasn't enough. We hope to stay at Gina and John's again.

Another great Stay at Gina's. We love it here. It is cozy and comfortable. Just an easy walk to downtown and to Embarcadero street. Can't wait to stay again!

We enjoyed our first visit to Morro Bay, and especially appreciated the clean, quiet, and comfortable accommodations at Gina’s place. There is such nice attention to detail - in the decor, and an especially lovely patio area - which made our stay a wonderful one. We would certainly stay here on a future visit to the area!

Great little cottage with plenty of room for two close to the bay and shops. We enjoyed lunch outside on the patio too! Hosts are very hospitable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
