My wife and I loved staying at Dena’s place. It was newly renovated, spotless, and super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is across the street from the water, and the East Side Restaurant is only a two minute walk. Easy access to town and activities. We’ll be staying here in future trips to Newport and I highly recommend it.

The "Three Fish" apartment was immaculate, perfect size for our needs, and very comfortable. We were there 2 nights, before and after the eclipse. Big side yard was perfect for watching the spectacle, and the fire dish was an enjoyable plus for keeping warm. Nice view of the lake. The public beach and park are a short walk over the hill. East Side restaurant, movie theatre and stores are a short walk the other way. We visited while the area was drowning in eclipse crowds, so local businesses were barely coping and there was a constant flow of pedestrians past the rental; I know this was unusual and expect the area is normally very peaceful! There was a different group each night staying in the larger apartment, but we had no noise problems and they were friendly.

Dena's place was cozy and comfortable for our one-night stay. It was easy to hear guests in the neighboring unit through the wall, but the noise subsided around 10:00.

This spot was so comfortable. Self check in was very easy and convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bed was a highlight (all it was cracked up to be), very comfortable and there was a variety of pillows so I didn’t have to settle for one too firm or too soft. Why can’t every Airbnb be like this!? Overall great experience, walking distance to food and beautiful scenery, plus great amenities in the home! I would absolutely stay here again.

The place was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Was only a half hour to Jay Peak so super convenient for skiing!
