Situated amid a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and stores you will find everything within a short walk and notice that strolling is a favorite activity of the locals. Proximity to airports and an excellent public transportation system to NYC are a bonus and eliminate the need of driving a car. 🅿️ if you are driving, we can lend you a free street parking permit ℹ️ more info under picture tour 🏡 Located in a brick row house built in 1901, your apartment is a 2-floor walk-up and consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom with a full size bed, den with a desk.

Amazing place. Perfect location for exploring Hoboken and getting into the city. The place was so clean and spotless. Stella’s son was so nice and helped me with my suitcase up the stairs. I also misplaced my key and felt terrible and Stella was so nice and understanding about it.

This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect and Stella is a wonderful host. So conveniently next to anything needed including bus stops.
Stella’s place was one of the kind. Located in a charming neighborhood in an older townhouse (mid-20th century). The apartment is very nice and has everything we would need for a stay. Stella was very kind and responsive. She offered to set up a 2d bed for us knowing that my 12 yo and I would arrive late. The apt is on the 2d floor of the townhouse Stella and her son live in. They are both very welcoming and accommodating- gave us local tips, left snacks. Note that since this is an older building and with the apt being on the 2d floor you can hear what’s going on on the 3d but it didn’t bother us much. Overall, I highly recommend Stella’s place!
Stella was a fantastic host. She greeted me at checkin and had generously supplied some snacks and drinks.The apartment is real Hoboken, just perfect! Will definitely be back!

We are located in the family friendly uptown section of a very walkable town, on a 6-block street between 2 parks, one of which has public tennis courts.
Historic Hoboken’ s townhouses resemble those of Amsterdam: ours was built in 1901.
Cafes and restaurants nearby are diverse and abundant and almost all deliver. Italian delis offer excellent sandwiches (Lisa’s is a block away).
There are several laundry services in this area.
Public transportation in Hoboken is excellent: busses, ferries, subway, light rail, bikes, zipcar.
Time Square is 4 miles or a short bus ride away. The NJ transit bus 126 to/from NYC runs on Washington Street (5:30 am - 2am) and has an additional route on Clinton/Willow Street during rush hours on weekdays (tickets can be purchased via app - NJ Transit).
The NY Waterway ferry crosses the Hudson river from the 14th St Pier in Hoboken to 36th Street Pier in Manhattan and offers free shuttles crosstown on 34th, 42nd and 57th Streets - tickets are sold in the pier’s office.
The Path underground train connects downtown Hoboken with The World Trade Center.
Metrocard (with trips not duration) is sold via vending machines next to the turnstile at the station. Same Metrocard can be used in NYC on buses and subway.
There is a free shuttle (Red Hop, Green Hop) to/from the Path train station running 7am-7pm (live map on the Passio Go! app). It stops on corners upon request.
If you are driving, we can provide you with a free street parking pass (not valid on residential side of street and 2-hr parking areas).
Uber and Lift are easily available.
Yellow Cabs operate only from the Erie Lackawanna/Path station and accept only cash.
