6 Star Review!! Eric was a top notch host from checkin to checkout. He thoroughly went through details of the house upon arrival and checked in periodically throughout our stay. He was extremely kind, flexible and truly wanted us to feel like we were on vacation. His house was decorated so beautifully with no detail missed. Great place for kids, adults and dogs! The pool/hot tub was a highlight! He had all the pool and yard toys one would want with a group. Great location if you’re just looking to stay at the house and have amazing views. Desert Hot Springs doesn’t offer much in the way of walkable restaurants or activities. Definitely one of the best homes we’ve stayed at through AirBnb and by far the most accommodating and attentive host. We would absolutely rent again from Eric. 👏👏👏

amazing stay at an amazing property. very clean. my wife can find dirt in the operating room so when she said it was clean it means something. very intuitive design of the house made us feel right at home. high end luxury touches like the Sonos and tablet enabled pool control was awesome. home was so comfortable we changed plans to just stay in for a staycation. looking at the mountains from the Jacuzzi and heated pool were soup for the soul. fully stocked Nespresso bar, couple bottles of liquor including sake, Buffalo Trace, and beer with assorted soft drinks thrown in for good measure, totally without mention or fan fare. cherry on top was the responsive host who graciously extended us an extremely late check out so we could keep enjoying the property the day we were to leave. hands down my best air bnb experience to date!

This was a girls weekend for 6 of us. When we walked through the front door we couldn't believe how beautiful Eric's place was. We knew it looked good on line but it looked even more amazing as we explored each room. Every room has been thoughtfully decorated with tasteful extra touches. Super clean and comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you need and more. It doesn't have just the kitchen basics, it has trendy fun colorful collections. Every cupboard has a surprise. The bathrooms have everything you need and more too. The outside space is breathtaking with mountains at every angle. Really nice pool and hot tub with a fire "pit" built right along side of it. I could go on and on!! I'll just finish by saying this home was the coolest and functional place I've ever stayed at. We just wished we stayed longer.

Took a couples trip to Palm Springs and stayed at this beautiful home. Everything looked exactly like the photos. Incredible clean and well kept. Really gorgeous home with an amazing backyard and views of the mountains. Was a perfect space for a group of 8 adults. Went above and beyond with extra products in the bathroom and Nespresso pods. Will be returning in the future for more relaxing couple trips. Thank you!☺️

Absolutely beautiful place! Super clean place with updated house features. Definitely going to be coming back for another vacation. The backyard views were beautiful and very spacious.
