Friends/family gathering up to 20ish guests. Sleep max 10 people must bring own sleeping beds/foam&pillows. Second floor private access. One bedroom with private full bathroom and one unfinished room(optional area for extra room space). Wifi/cellular data is available nearby stores to purchase. Downstairs is my sister (host) and her family.Neighbor’s Beach resort with swimming pool is across the street with fees. Per hour rental available: Kayak/baroto Fishing net The room is a bit small but there is living room unfinished it’s big space to use for kitchen(for long term stay only) living room space or extra sleeping space. Bathroom is located inside the private bedroom with access to balcony facing the beach.
