Two words, Book IT!!! We had the best time. The host, Lesly was amazing from the minute we booked our stay she was on top of things and helped me with a lot of the activities, restaurant reservations, transportation, etc that I wanted to do during our stay. I have stayed in many AirBnBs before and never experienced this kind of service. The house was perfect to celebrate my birthday with a group friends! Excellent location in the center of Tulum and only 10 minutes from the beach (zona hotelera) we will definitely visit again!

Amazing Airbnb! We loved the place and all the amenities that came with it. Our group used the hot tub and pool on the daily. The Airbnb had everything we needed for our large group. Though it didn’t have a dish washer, the cleaning crew was super helpful in cleaning both the rooms and our dishes. We felt as if we were in a resort . Lesley was super communicative and excited to share tulum recs. Highly recommend this Airbnb

We had an amazing time staying at Blue Deer Residences! Lesley was SO helpful in arranging everything we needed for our bachelorette party - decorations, taxis, private chef, boat, etc. The house was beautiful, clean, and plenty of space for 10 girls. We loved hanging out by the pool and on the rooftop. The staff of Blue Deer were wonderful and super responsive - although we had a few maintenance issues in the beginning of the stay, they came right away to address them. Highly recommend this villa for groups!

My family of 4 had a great stay at Lesley's air bnb. Lesley was responsive and attentive. Her place is beautifull and exactly as shown in the pictures. Will definitely book for future stays.

I’ve had the privilege to stay in many airbnbs over the years including three others in Tulum alone, and I can easily say this was my best experience yet. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, extremely clean (with daily housekeeping), in a desirable location (15-20 min walk to main strip, but quiet enough side street). What made this experience truly above and beyond however were the people. Lesley’s fantastic communication, Dayvis’ excellent management (a few issues did come up on our stay but were addressed within hours), and the whole team including Paco, Lulu and Lili. The departing gift was a very nice touch. Thank you to the whole team for a 20/10 stay, we will back amigos!
