Easy walking distance to the local downtown areas for shopping and eating out. The space was clean and our host was very responsive. The view was beautiful from the rooftop pool. When our a/c needed maintenance, it was fixed in just a few hours. Just a couple of cons about our stay - it was noisy from the downtown traffic. There also was random construction happening in the building at weird hours of the day and night; for example, we heard drilling at 10 pm on a Friday night. We stayed for 8 nights and didn’t receive fresh beach towels after asking the cleaning staff twice. They also don’t clean every night which was a bummer when we dragged sand in from the beach. Overall, good stay for the money. If you plan to stay at the beach though, it was quite a bit of a walk.
This was a great Airbnb choice. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous and it’s within walking distance of all the bars, stores, clubs in the area, including the marina. The rooftop pool area is also very nice. We had some issue finding the place initially because the address said 604 but it’s actually tower 605, so that needs to be changed so it’s clear for guests. There is a full-sized fridge and a small kitchen. The ceiling fan did not work and we addressed that the first day but was never given any further update about it which was frustrating. I do think that a mat in the bathroom would be good to add as that floor gets super slippery when wet. A full-length mirror would’ve also been nice to see our full outfit and so we didn’t have to share the sink mirror. Overall, we were happy with the stay. There is a parking garage if you rent a car. The staff was very friendly and the place is clean.
