We had a wonderful stay here, the Airbnb was clean and so thoughtfully well appointed, we felt very welcome and right at home. Check in was clear, easy, and Elizabeth was super responsive. I've been to a lot of airbnbs recently, and this one is by far my favorite and it's not even close. It's in my favorite neighborhood in Buffalo, we absolutely loved the home and original details, and the kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, milk AND almond milk, and a few cans of seltzer. I needed an iron and Elizabeth promptly responded and put one of hers outside our door. Parking on the street easy and safe. And when we looked at check out instructions, after being so used to absurdly high cleaning fees and a long check out to-do list in other places, Elizabeth's was a much appreciated fair fee and lovely check out note, with no long to-list! Couldn't have been easier, and was the icing on the cake. Would not hesitate to stay here again, thank you so much to you and your family for hosting!

Such a fantastic stay! I felt so comfortable in this cozy Buffalo-Victorian home. It is really well done and has been designed with great intention and thought. Everything was perfect.

Great place to stay. Quiet comfortable place with many amenities. Sparkling clean. Extremely responsive hosts, lots of space, and easy to find and close street parking. A great value. I definitely recommend.

I would rate this place 10/5 for the price. Elizabeth is very communicative and friendly, they gave crystal clear instructions to check in. The vintage house was very spacious and beautifully decorated with buffalo vibes. Each room was color coordinated which was fun to kids. This is a vintage house with rustic feel, you should not expect a star hotel feel but absolutely clean, lovely home away home.
