The Pepin Cottage was very clean and worked great for us. Updated and close to everything. We will rent it again.

overall we had a great stay! the house is really cute, although slightly outdated. we had my brother’s family with us so we ended up staying in the basement with our 2 girls. it worked well, except our bed frame kept falling apart since it was older and the box spring was just sitting on some 1x4s. we ended up eventually just leaving the mattress on the floor and then let them know about it and they were thankful we let them know and said they would fix it. the powder room in the basement is tiny and funny but worked well enough to at least have another toilet. the sink down there seemed to leak a little as well. it was comfortable, though, and worked out well for all of us-we had a nice time.

Nice and close to the bars and a gas station. Also has one of the funniest bathrooms I have ever been blessed to see.

It was perfect for our family size! Quiet neighborhood too! We was four miles away from our wedding venue so it worked out great! I highly recommend this house for a vacation. Thanks again Brad and Danni
