Very close to the heart of the city (you can walk, take the metro/bus or a city electric bike. The bikes are only 2 minutes away from the house). Our neighborhood was chosen as the 3rd coolest neighborhood to live IN THE WORLD, by the prestigious New York magazine Time Out. Besides supermarkets, stores, cafés, restaurants, etc. You can also find art galleries and music rehearsal venues, it is known as the “Brooklyn” of Madrid. A lot of actors, musicians, directors, painters, etc live in the area. Very close to the walk along "Madrid Río" (the Manzanares River) that runs through Madrid from the Casa de Campo to the famous Matadero cultural center, through botanical paths, parks and picnic areas. *Bright and spacious house, and very quiet! Super close to a huge park with fountains, a small lake, children areas, exercise areas and amazing views to Madrid skyline. *Metro station only 7 min walk away (line 5, the best in the city). *The KITCHEN is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator (bottom freezer), sink, nespresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and tons of utensils to prepare delicious food for you, your family or friends. You'll find coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, olive oil, etc. *The spacious LIVING ROOM has a flat big 50’ Smart TV and huge windows with views to the patio and swimming pool.
