R&F Mall is right at your door-steps with Jaya Grocer, laundromat, 7-11, restaurants and convenience stores are all on the ground floor. The House This dual-key unit comfortably sleeps 6 people with 3 Queen size bed. The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Well-equipped kitchen for light cooking. House Feature Equipped with 50” Smart TV/Netflix/YouTube/etc, fast unlimited free Wi-Fi for your entertainment enjoyment. Basic kitchen utensils are provided with a kettle, water filter, induction cooker, microwave and refrigerator. A washing machine, standing garment steamer are provided to meet your laundry and maintenance needs. Toiletries such as 2 in 1 shampoo, towels, toilet rolls, as well as hair dryers, will be provided.

R&F Princess Cove is at very strategic location near the CIQ. Short walk to JB center with lots of good coffee shops. Covered walkway to CIQ. Several restaurants, grocery stores downstairs. Very nice private entertainment area for condo residents at 3A floor with large gym, table tennis, billiard table, etc. Anju sent very comprehensive instructions for check in and check out procedures. Need to read them very carefully, otherwise, it could be challenging to find the place. The unit has very nice seaview. It will be better when all the constructions out there complete in future. The linens in the unit are clean. Just one minor issue is that the toilet has some moldy smell which is quite hard to avoid due to the humid weather.
