We had a wonderful stay here. My partner was teaching classes at Transylvania University, which is less than five minutes away by foot. The house is just as pictured - airy, welcoming, and full of thoughtful design touches. Avena was is a thoughtful and responsive host, and her walkable restaurant recommendations list is super.

Located in a lovely historic area. Some traffic noise, but as it is situated on a corner, to be expected. Nice selection of restaurants within walking distance. Lovely space, would absolutely stay again.

Great location and cozy home to stay in. There was a mild ant problem in the upstairs bathroom, however Avena left a note notifying us about it. She was an awesome host!

Avena was very responsive taking care of our needs. the place felt like home with the living plants.
