Nice place, close to the beach) pier. Kitchen was nice to have, pretty spacious, large king size bed, and separate living room, good water pressure. Also a plus having a parking place for the car. Internet was mostly great, but had some moments where performance dipped drastically. All in all we were happy with our stay.
Great spot to celebrate an anniversary
Clean, sweet tucked-away spot close to everything I love to do in the Oceano/Pismo/Avila area. Comfy King bed, which is a big plus. The first code didn't work to open the door but the host was responsive and corrected the issue immediately. Would definitely go back!
Wow! Absolutely amazing! Where to begin? The check in process was simple. The host was communicative moments before check in and even weeks prior to our arrival. They explained the instructions which were super helpful. The room itself was squeaky clean and the decor was fun! The shudders were a little tricky but in itself not a major issue for me. The location is perfect as we were from walking distance to the pier. And we were only minutes away from Pismo Beach. It was private and really quiet, perfect for afternoon naps and quiet evenings. I am looking forward to returning in the fall and I am requesting this room again! Thank you so much

Just a three-minute walk to the beach, Pacific Plaza borders the Oceano Lagoon, where you can feed the ducks, or cast a pole. Take the kids to the park, located just a block away or meander across Pier Avene and visit the Nature Center. There are sit-down restaurants in walking distance, including Old Juan's Cantina or the popular Rock N' Roll Diner, where you'll enjoy your meal in an old train car.
There is plenty of free parking in the condominium lot within a few steps to your unit. You can walk to the beach, convenience store and a couple of delicious, casual restaurants, but you will need a car (or Uber/Lyft etc.) to reach other restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
