This Airbnb property is on THE BEST most amazing beach on all of Kauai! It is so gentle like a lake with no waves. perfect sand to walk on, miles in either direction & so quiet. VERY easy access to get from the house to the sand & gorgeous views from the second-story. You will have a great vacation here for sure. Excellent location in between Kilauea and Hanalei /Princeville. We used the giant coconuts from the trees in the front yard as workout equipment. Bring hammocks Because you can ez tie it in the trees. Deck furniture and dining table outside was great.

A wonderful vacation house on Anini beach! The size of the house was perfect for our family of 4. I loved that the house had so many sliding doors, easy to open the house up to ocean breezes.

Anini Beach is a favorite spot for us. This is our first stay in the beach house. We were disappointed in the state of the property's interior during our stay. We've visited Kauai 20+ times over the years and are very familiar with the area. The views and the location are EPIC. Based on that alone, I'd recommend the house. However, sleeping and enjoying the home is a part of the experience - this part is where we found many things lacking. One of the two bedrooms had a saggy mattress that squeaked with no support. The bathrooms and kitchen required some maintenance fixes - from a broken toilet to string handles on the dryer to broken screen doors to missing safety equipment - the home is in need of updates/repairs. (The power was out one evening and there were no flashlights or candles, for example.) Assuming these things are taken care of, it's good to know the following: the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathroom had nice towels. The furniture was in decent shape with plenty of seating options. The wrap-around porch was lovely to relax on, even in the rain. There was a variety of ocean/beach equipment - most of it was in good shape. The grill was new and worked well. If you've gotten this far reading the review - please note, that we write this with the intention of sharing facts we wish we had known before booking. The location was just wonderful and we are happy to have stayed at the beach house (warts and all) - we'd stay here again if all those interior items were updated.

Fabulous vacation spot! It was perfect for my family with two young kids. We enjoyed snorkeling, paddle-boarding, (rented from Kauai Surf Rentals, which delivers!), and swimming right out front. Saw lots of turtles and fish. Would love to come back again!
