Well-kept and clean. Clear instructions, water dispenser at reception. Could be quite noisy though depending on when you need to sleep as even people shuffling on the floor above seemed to be in my room ceiling is high but I guess not much insulation. Also room gets very hot and stuffy but aircon works well. I would recommend an upstairs room for more quiet and maybe some ventilation when you're out during the day.
