Caitlin’s home was beautiful and private which is hard to find in Colorado. She was very quick and responsive and the home had everything needed for a stay. It’s in walking distance of simple stores and a very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay during my next stay

This is a very new carriage house and nicely decorated. It has a one bedroom and a living room area, a desk and a very nice kitchen and bath. They were so responsive to our minor questions to clarify information. It snowed but we had a clear path to walk. It felt safe. You have to park on the street and walk around to the alley to get in but it’s not a big deal - unless that’s a big deal for you to walk a little bit. Plenty of street parking and things are well lit. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a pull out couch. It is very nice to have a washer and dryer and I think this would be a lovely place if you needed a longer stay. We know Denver really well and chose this because the location is so central. We love River and Roads and went a few times. Glad we found this gem! We would definitely return.

Caitlin’s place was great, easy to to find very clean definitely a hidden gem of a place !!! Caitlin had great communication if I had any questions, felt right at home
