Welcome to our charming mountain retreat! Nestled in the heart of breathtaking Granby Ranch, our 3-bedroom home is designed for an easy, comfortable, family-friendly getaway. This is a newly renovated listing. Located in Granby Ranch, 2 minutes from Ski Granby, our home strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the mountains while still having easy access to Winter Park, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and more. Our spacious and well-appointed home features three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and restful night's sleep, and two comfy living rooms. The house is decorated mostly with art from local artisans. And there's even a whimsical, secret playroom for kiddos! The main floor has an entry way for getting ready to head out for a day of skiing, hiking, or adventuring and unloading after a long day out, an open kitchen, two living rooms (one large family room and a bonus sunroom with couch, TV, toys, and more), and two eating areas (a formal dining room and a breakfast nook). The kitchen has all the necessities including dishes and bowls, cups and glasses, pots and pans, all eating and cooking utensils, coffee maker, mugs, and ground coffee, tupperware, and cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, seasonings, etc.). There is also a full laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs you’ll find the three bedrooms, a bathroom in the master bedroom and another shared full bathroom. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king size bed, large screen TV w/ Roku, walk-in closet, 5-piece bathroom, and annex for extra space and a futon for an extra sleeper; Bedroom 2: Queen size bed and private closet; Bedroom 3: 4 twin beds and private closet.
