This is our family vacation home and future retirement condo in Rio Grande, PR, is just minutes from El Yunque and the Luquillo kiosks and beaches. The penthouse provides beautiful ocean views and a relaxing oasis to catch some sun, relax and have fun. There are three bedrooms, two king beds and a queen, perfect for three couples, along with two full bathrooms. The common space is ample, spotless and provides all amenities you need to have a relaxing vacation. Come enjoy our space when we can't! The Palermo Penthouse provides all the comforts and space you need to enjoy your Puerto Rico vacation whether spending time at the condo or sight seeing. We are child friendly within the condo and the community pool, basketball and tennis courts and gym are added assets to keep you busy! Our penthouse is an oasis to relax in the sun, grill dinner, practice your swing or rebound the futball. We have added all the comforts you need to cook and relax.

Great place with lots for my toddler to entertain herself. Spacious and amazing deck
We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect. The air mattress and playpen were a plus. The roof top was beautiful , lovely set up. I would definitely stay again .
Had a very relaxing and peaceful stay at this beautiful locale. The apartment was stocked with all of the amenities of home and our host was super responsive and attentive to all of our needs. My only wish was to have been able to spend even more time to enjoy the complex. I would recommend a stay here and hope to be able to book again for another family vacation. Our 4 & 5 year olds didn't turn on their electronics once!
Place was exactly as described and more. Darya was responsive and gave great restaurant recommendations. All restaurants were 10/10. I will definitely recommend Darla’s place. Next the beds were so comfortable and you were able to have a good nights rest. I highly recommend this home.

The penthouse is located in the foothills of El Yunque, it is a condo complex called Hillside Village, next to the Wyndham Rio Mar. It is a very relaxed family environment.
We highly recommend renting a car for easy access to all activities, restaurants and to really explore the island.
