A group of 5 of us stayed here for PAX East and loved how close it was to the T station. The place was clean, spacious, and Cav was quick to respond to any questions I had. If you're looking to stay in the area I 10/10 recommend!

Cav is an absolutely fantastic host! Working him them is a breeze, and he is incredibly accommodating. My family and I had the most incredible experience staying here. The location is simply superb! There's a train station right across the street, a convenient supermarket within walking distance, and even a lovely park just one block away for the kids to enjoy. And the best part? Fenway Park and downtown are only a few short minutes away. I can't express enough how amazing this stay was. Whenever I come back to Boston, this is without a doubt my go-to place!

This place is an absolute GEM! Unfortunately, my family had to visit Boston to bury my dad. The pricing for other places were tremendously high and there weren’t very many kid-friendly options. So this place seemed too good to be true. Luckily for my family, it was just as described. Cav was a gracious host and the place was even better than the pictures. He was responsive throughout our trip and was very king and flexible. The location has a nearby grocery store and plenty of food nearby. It isn’t too far from the highway and was a relatively low traffic area. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. Overall, it was perfect for our family. Loved our time here. We would love to come back for our next visit!
