Great place for the price point. The room is a little older, but still clean and most of what you need for a short stay. It is a five minute walk to the beach, and there is literally 100's of place to eat and drink nearby, yet quite quiet at night (some typical dog noise during the day). The place was clean, very spacious and pretty much what you see, you get. It should be noted that the cook top is outside which, I suppose could be good or bad. There is 1 pot and pan and limited cooking utensils, so cooking anything too intricate might be difficult so for long stays if you like cooking it might not be the best. However, it is perfectly adequate for the week we were there. The patio entrance is very pleasant. We had a little glitch with our booking and Gilbert went out of his way to make it all right. If we go back to Sanur Beach, we will check to see if his place is available first.

L’emplacement est parfait à côté des restaurants de la rue principale est à sept minutes à pied de la plage. La piscine n’est pas très propre . La puissance électrique est trop faible, mais doit être amélioré très bientôt. Enik qui s’occupe des logements est une personne très gentille et très serviable. Elle est à l’écoute et vous aidera autant qu’ elle peut. Pour un prix relativement bas, le logement est parfait .

Perfect for me. Whenever I come to Sanur I will probably always stay here if it's available. The wifi was pretty good. Realistically about 20mbs on average. The bed was comfortable. Hot water was great and the fridge was cold. Can't ask for much more. The actual complex was more residential with ex pats and locals living there. Unfortunately some of them had yappy dogs. Including next door. I stayed 4 nights and twice I got woken up at 7am with the dogs barking. The service was very good. We communicated via WtsApp and they were very helpful. The location for me was perfect. 5 -10 minute walk to the beach. 2 mins to bars and restaurants. Its in the south of Sanur only only about 20 mins from the airport. There is lots of parking for motorbikes and the odd car.
