With its 200 m2 spread over two floors, the holiday home is perfect for two families on holiday together. The house greets its guests with spacious interior. Outside, you will find a large terrace, arranged in a staggered plan with sunny corners sheltered from the wind. Beautiful garden furniture, solar wagons, garden tables with built-in gas fireplace and wilderness bath. The large kitchen-living room, with plenty of space around the dining table, is the heart of the house. From the kitchen-living room you have direct access to the terrace. Smart and functionally furnished kitchen with all modern facilities incl. large gas cooker, fridge and freezer. There is plenty of opportunity to prepare the most wonderful dinners here. You also have a wine fridge and a draft beer system available. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 of which you will have access to on the ground floor of the house. Here you will also find one of the two bathrooms. In the basement there is another bathroom and the fifth bedroom. In addition, an additional living room with dining table and large sofa bed. The washing machine is also placed in the basement. All bedrooms and other rooms in the house are furnished with large flat screens TVs. The house was originally built in 1970, but most recently renovated in 2022. The holiday home is extremely well-maintained and ready to form the framework for your next holiday. A short walk from the holiday home you will find Skagen Bakery, where you pick up freshly baked rolls for breakfast. In the center of Skagen you will find a large number of retail shops, cafes and restaurants. Go on a shopping spree and follow Sct. Laurentii Vej from Skagen Church to the old Water tower, Ancher’s Hus and Butcher Munch at the northern end of the city. Also make sure to visit Grenen, Denmark's outermost tip, where the Kattegat and Skagerrak seas meet. The end of Odden can be reached on foot. Alternatively, take Sandormen (a tractor with wagon) from the car park at Grenen. PETS: No pets allowed. GOOD TO KNOW: The house is not for the disabled. There are many stairs both indoors and outdoors. The tenant must be over 25 years of age and present during the rental period. 3 parking spaces directly at the holiday home. Wilderness bath. Sauna.
