The house was built in 1953 and most recently renovated in 2020. The beautiful 200 m2 is spread over three floors. The 1st floor has three lovely, bright bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and access to a balcony. The second bedroom with two single beds and the third with a 3/4 bed. The ground floor is the heart of the house - the entire floor is one large kitchen-dining room. Lovely kitchen with all modern facilities, fantastic dining area with plenty of space around the dining table and wonderful living area accompanied by wood burning stove and wall-mounted flat screen TV. From the kitchen-dining room there is direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor there is also one of the residence's two bathrooms, with shower. A wide stone staircase connects the 1st floor with the ground floor, and the ground floor with the basement. If you are a large group, you will find three beautiful, bright bedrooms in the basement. One with two single beds, one with a double bed. In addition, utility room with both washer and dryer, bathroom with shower and a fourth room. The basement has its own exit to the courtyard. The holiday home offers beautiful square meters inside in a very friendly atmosphere, where you quickly feel at home. The light, bright colors and a fantastic light from the many windows gives every opportunity to relax and enjoy your holiday.  Under the open sky the holiday home will pamper you with a large patio with garden furniture, lawn and a cozy corner with two sun loungers, where a nap or a good book can be enjoyed.  Here you will find everything the family needs to spend a wonderful holiday in beautiful Skagen. PLACES TO VISIT IN THE AREA: A short walk from the holiday home will take you to Vippefyret by Skagen Sønderstrand. Hundreds of people, both locals and guests, gather here every year on Midsummer Eve (23/6) to celebrate midsummer in the light of the glowing bonfire, while lyrics by Holger Drachmann are sung. From the holiday home you also have relatively easy access to Grenen, Denmark's outermost tip, where the seas Kattegat and Skagerrak meet. You have the option of taking Sandormen (tractor with wagon) from the car park on Grenen out to the outer tip. Skagens Museum and Anchers Hus can also be found in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home as well as the city's large selection of retail shops, cafés and restaurants. The many artisans can also be easily reached on foot or by bike. At Skagen Station you will find one of the city's bicycle rental shops. If you want a longer bike ride, there are plenty of opportunities in the area around Skagen and Gl. Skagen. End the day with a trip to the harbor. In the old Bindesbøll Fiskepakhuse (fish warehouses) you will find the restaurants Skagen Fiskerestaurant (seafood restaurant) and Restaurant Pakhuset. In the fish warehouses there are also several smaller eateries (open in the summer). Here, fish specialties are served and you sit outdoors on the quay and dine.
