You will find a very nice kitchen niche with all modern facilities incl. large American refrigerator. At the cooking island there are also two bar stools where you can enjoy a glass of wine while the chef works. The large kitchen-dining room is the heart of the home with ample space around the dining table to entertain both cozy dinners and board games. In addition, nice cozy corner with sofa and armchairs in white fabrics and B&O stereo / TV. The whole kitchen-dining room is accompanied by a nice, open fireplace, which is ready provide warmth on cool autumn and winter evenings. From the kitchen-dining room you have direct access to the south-facing terrace. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor and has a shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Outdoors, you will find a lovely south-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and two sun loungers. PETS: Pets not allowed. PLACES TO VISIT IN THE AREA: You will find the most beautiful beaches only a short walk from the holiday home. So start the day with a fresh dip in the North Sea followed by a nice breakfast with freshly baked rolls on the terrace at home. The area is also perfect for walks or bike rides. There are many opportunities on the different paths weaving in the dune plantation around Den Tilsandede Kirke (the Sanded Church) or the old Sømærke (the old buoy) in Gl. Skagen. For those of you who ride MTB, the Skagen MTB track starts not far from Skagen Riding Stables and Højen Station. If you want to explore the local culture, you have plenty of options. In the Skagen area you will find many artisans with exciting shops. In Gl. Skagen i.a. jewelery artist Susanne Lanng, who has her own studio and shop on Niels Ottensens Vej. Of course, also visit Skagen's Museum, Anchers Hus and Drachmann's Hus, where you can learn about the great Skagen painters and see their famous works. A visit to Grenen, Denmark's outermost tip, is of course also a must on your bucket list. Both young and old will be excited about a trip with the Sandormen, which runs from the car park on Grenen all the way to tip of  Grenen. The Skagen area also offers a large selection of wonderful places to eat. Both in Skagen city and at the harbor, e.g. in the old Bindesbøll fish warehouses, where Skagen Fiskerestaurant and Restaurant Pakhuset (seafood) today are located. In Gl. Skagen you can enjoy both Restaurant Hyttefadet and the restaurants at Ruth's Hotel. As the day draws to a close, locals and guests meet at Solnedgangspladsen (the Sunset Square) to admire beautiful sunsets and enjoy a glass of wine, a cup of coffee, or a large ice cream bought in the Sunset Kiosk.
