With its fantastic location, this cottage is perfect for an authentic summer holiday with beach and dune plantation right outside the door. There are three beautiful, bright bedrooms and bathroom with shower. In the small utility room, you will find a washing machine. The large kitchen-dining room is the heart of the house, where the large dining table invites you to dine together, and enjoy social evenings with board games. The living area is furnished with a cozy sofa corner and an old, charming wood burning stove where you can find warmth on cool summer evenings. The cottage offers a bright and friendly atmosphere throughout, with exceptional light. The house was originally built in 1974 and most recently renovated in 2016. Outside the cottage, you will have two terraces, table / bench set and lots of garden furniture at your disposal for relaxation after a long day at the beach. Both terraces are enclosed terraces, so there is always a lovely corner by the house sheltered from the wind  The area offers pleasant walks, dives in the cool and soothing water, sunbathing and sandcastle building. The cottage is just a short walk from shopping and restaurants so you don’t have to exhaust yourself with long walks if the kids feel like an ice cream. The Sunset Kiosk at Solnedgangspladsen (the Sunset Square) in Gl. Skagen sells both the largest and most delicious ice cream cones. If you want to explore the local culture, there are a wealth of options. You can visit the Sanded Church and Natural History Museum, where you can learn more about the sand drift of past times and what it did to the area. There is also the opportunity for a trip to Skagen center, where you will find lots of retail shops, cafes and restaurants as well as artisan shops as well as many of the area's attractions. Also make sure to visit Grenen, where the two seas Skagerrak and Kattegat meet. Take a ride with the Sandormen (tractor with wagon), the kids will love it. PETS: Pets not allowed.
