Home features, high speed internet, Large TV with Prime, Netflix etc. Comfy beds & Fresh linens, this apt home has updates throughout. With the washer and dryer in unit, plus the fully stocked kitchen this space is great for a long term stay. Home features large living room, and spacious bedrooms. Bathroom is a brand new remodel and many newer upgrades to make this apt home feel very fresh.

Ideal location if visiting your college kid. Walkable to campus and downtown. Anastasia was very responsive. The unit, which is part of a duplex, will accommodate advertised people comfortably.
The place was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again.
Anastasia is an amazing host. She is understanding, kind and quick to respond. This home is a gem, only a few minutes from downtown and university, it is still quiet and secluded and surrounded with beautiful trees. The house comes with all the amenities mentioned and many more. They even included a doggy bag and doggy bowls for us, since we were traveling with our pets.❤️❤️❤️❤️. There is also a Deli, two blocks down the street, w you can buy any lte night or early morning snacks. I recommend Anastasia as a host to anyone who is coming to Chico and if you csureto stay a few nights (at least) her
The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. Host was nice and helpful.
There were issues with the HVAC system, which resulted in the HVAC system not functioning . Space heaters were bought to provide heat in the meantime. So we got by! But my dog was allowed to stay. So it was worth it for me to stay.
