Year Purchased: 2008 I have been investing and creating vacation dream homes for over 30 years. My experience extends to many resort locations throughout the US and now Costa Rica. The Beach House was a year in the making, the result is everything we had hoped for. It is truly an exceptional property. Why I Chose Nosara: Of all the choices this property was the very best location. Along with direct access to the beach everything I would expect from a vacation to a Costa Rican beach destination was right at my fingertips. There are great restaurants, activity centers, surf schools and a grocery store within a stones throw of our front door. You can easily be there a week or more without the need of a car. Bicycle and all-terrain vehicle rentals are within a block. There was simply no better location.
