We had the best time staying at the ocean escape. The hosts were so attentive and went above and beyond for us; reserving the zama beach club, changing our towels for us and provided us with water and any other needs. Super prompt responses and all the recommendations from Melania were spot on delicious! We will definitely come back here next trip to Isla Mujeres!

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as described. The view and location are beautiful. The host was very responsive and able to answer all questions. There was an issue with the air conditioning, it didn’t work when we arrived, but they sent a technician the next day to fix it.

This place was AMAZING and Luis & Miguel were wonderful and responsive hosts. The location is perfect - right near downtown but in a quiet little nook right by the ocean. The condo itself was clean, great layout, and very cozy for our set up with 4 adults (2 couples) and 1 child. There were a couple questions we had during our stay, and Luis and Miguel got back very quickly and their on site team was very responsive to our needs. This place felt luxurious, spacious and i would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This place was amazing! 4 adults stayed here for a week and it was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, North Beach, and the ferry. You don't really need a golf cart unless you want to go to the south of the island. We needed a couple of things while we were there (water and towels) and Luis and Miguel answered right away and had someone there almost immediately. They are both very responsive to messages and extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again if it is available when we come back. I highly recommend it...no complaints!
