Appartement conforme aux photos sauf qu'il n'est pas noté qu'il faut monter 15 marches pour accéder à la chambre. Très bon emplacement. Hote très réactif. Nous sommes restés 7 nuits chez Joe, il nous a réveillé plusieurs matins en claquant la porte d'entrée très fort.

Great stay in London in Joe's flat! The neighbourhood is really quiet, public transports are many and it is really easy to go to London city center. The flat was nice and clean, Joe left us coffee and tea for the morning. The room was exactly similar to the pictures. We enjoyed our holidays so much thanks to Joe!

Joe's place is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. It's peaceful and offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The check-in process is very flexible, which is a huge plus. The price-to-value ratio is excellent. Highly recommended for a convenient and relaxing stay.

Joe war ein guter und höflicher Gastgeber! Das Zimmer war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten von einer großen S-Bahn-Station entfernt, was eine super Anbindung an die Stadt ermöglicht. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt!

Flexibility and quick replies helped. The landlord was also calm and relaxed. I think this is a house where you can feel as if you are living there even though you are on vacation. It is a little far from downtown, but considering the usability of the kitchen and other facilities, I think the cost performance is high. We even had an online meeting with a foreign country in this house, and the Wi-Fi speed was fine. Thank you so much.
