大伦敦 · 整套出租单元 · 1室2床1.0卫 · 可住4人 · Charming flat on quiet street
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The flat is located on a cul-de-sac. With no cars passing by, it's incredibly quiet. The street is residential and well-maintained. Located right by the overground metro station, it's 10 minutes away from Central London. The apartment gets tons of natural light and has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxed family or friends stay.
Alice is an amazing host. She provided everything. Her place was clean and cozy, we felt like home. If we will visit London again, I am sure we will sleep here. This place is very quiet, except quite frequent airplanes and ambulances, but after all day of walking and sightseeing you are so tired that you don't mind. Our feedback is overall positive and we encourage you to book your stay. Thank you Alice, one more time ❤️
Très bel et propre appartement, bien situé dans un quartier calme, bien desservi (station de métro et de bus à quelques minutes à pied). Alice est une hôte très accueillante et très réactive. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous reviendrons !
We had a very lovely stay at Alice's it is a very comfortable space , quiet and cozy but near good shops and cafes Thanks Alice .
Peckham is lovely.
You're a 10-minute walk from Peckham Rye, which has amazing and colorful shops, restaurant, a food market, a cinema and plenty more food options. Behind King's Grove, there's a nice park, if you want a stroll. You're a 15 minute bus ride from Greenwich, which has the planetarium, maritime museum, huge park and CuttiSark as well as plenty of antique and hipster markets and shops. Peckham Rye and Common Park is a 15-minute walk and has a beautiful pond and manicured gardens. You're a 15-minute bus ride from East Dulwich, a very cute little neighborhood with cheese shops, cinemas, French bakers and independent clothing shops. Camberwell (about 10 minutes away by bus) also has plenty of food and drinks options.
Nearest subway station is Queen's Road Peckham: It's about 3 minutes walk. You have the Overground line which goes to East London (you can change to go to central or west London). There's also the Southern train that goes straight to London Bridge (in two stops). Make sure to check online Maps or Citymapper for your journey as the trains and Overground don't always run on the weekend. There are plenty of bus options, either on Queen's Road or on Old Kent Road (which is a 6 minute walk away). The buses take you to central and south-west London.
Getting to Central London: The train to London Bridge is the quickest way. You can also take the Overground to Whitechapel and then Elizabeth line to Liverpool Street or Paddington, depending on where you want to go. There are several buses going to Elephant and Castle, from there you can take the Bakerloo or Nothern line to go to north or west London.
Airports: You can get to all airports with the train or Overground and the Underground. To get to Stansted, go to Liverpool Street and get on the Stansted Express. Gatwick has the Gatwick Express at Victoria station. Heathrow can be reached through the Elizabeth line. Use Maps or Citymapper to plan your journey.
Oyster: You can get an Oyster and top up if you plan to use the subway a few times. If your credit card doesn't charge you fees, you can use your contactless credit card to travel.
