Located in the popular neighborhood of Monteolivete, a cozy area with that traditional neighborhood touch. This comfortable 2-bedroom apartment offers quiet accommodation in a privileged location in Valencia. The 90 m2 apartment has the following spaces: - Living room with sofa, armchair, island with 4 stools, dining table for 4 people and Hd Tv. - Practical kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, tea kettle... - Master bedroom with double bed measuring 150x190cm and large wardrobe. - Second bedroom with two 90x190cm single beds and access to a small balcony with exterior views of the street. - Bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower, toilet and sink. It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel), coffee capsules and 1.5l bottle from mineral water.

Schöne, große und sehr saubere Wohnung in Laufweite der Check-in mit Schlüsselübergabe und Tips. Bushaltestellen in direkter Nähe mit Anbindung z.B. Richtung Altstadt oder Strand. In Laufweite zu Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències und Oceanogràfic.
Alberto’s place is very nice - spacious, has everything you need. He was very communicative and the whole rental process was very easy. We were traveling with 2 small kids and it suited us just fine. The only note I would have - and it has nothing to do with Alberto or the apartment itself - is that the apartment is located at a crossroad and so it was quite noisy at night, we are not used to such traffic from back home. So if you’re more sensitive to noise, bring earplugs :-)
Very nice and clean apartment close to the highlight of the Turia park.
The apartment is great and actually bigger than it looks on the pictures (generally in airbnb is the opposite). It was absolutely clean and has everything you need inside even blender, juicer, etc, also tea, coffee , sugar, creamer, olive oil etc. which made us feel very welcome and at home!!! Everything in the apartment shows that Alberto knows his work - the way that beds and sheets were made , the towels, shampoo and soap in the bathroom, detergent for washing machine and dishwasher. The location is very communicative (we know Valencia and that's why we choose it) - you can see Valencia Opera and Turia gardens (we are with a child and walked in the park almost every day); it's 10 minutes from Ruzafa, but without the noise of Ruzafa at weekends and at night. Our overall impressions from place and the host are more than we expected and recommend it with both hands.
Everything was great. The apartament was super clean and spacious. It is in a great area, close to restaurants, Sciencias (tourist spots), supermarkets and 20 mins walk from city center. Alberto was super responsive. They were able to accomodate an early checkin and to open the apartament for us, 2 hours after checkout because we forgot something.

In the charming neighborhood of Monteolivete, surrounded by bars, shops and supermarkets and it is also super close to Turia Park, which is a great advantage. Here is the famous Fallas museum, where you cannot miss the permanent collection of pardoned dolls from the city's festivals, declared Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2016.
We are also a few steps from Ruzafa, the heart of youth has become the fashionable neighborhood in Valencia. Full of activity, live music, cafes, with its renovated Ruzafa Market as its epicenter, it has a wide range of authentic gastronomic, cultural, leisure and commerce offerings, bringing together a multitude of people from different cultures, languages or religions. Some of the city's most important fallaes are planted in this neighborhood. You will love it for its proximity walking between the historic center and the famous City of Arts and Sciences.
