Bright 58 m2 apartment with kitchen/living room, bedroom, alcove, bathroom with tub and shower, separate toilet and two balconies. Located in an elegant building on the fourth floor with lift. The apartment is composed of a long corridor that leads to the large living room/kitchen. This is composed of a sofa and two leather armchairs, bookcase and TV. The kitchen is well equipped with two small refrigerators, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. The balcony near the kitchen is ideal for having coffee in the open air. In the corridor there is a wardrobe with the washer/dryer and another door leads to an alcove with a single bed, ideal for temporary guests. The bedroom has a 160cm double bed, a TV, a dressing table, and a small balcony. The bathroom is located on the left upon entering the apartment, with a separate toilet, and with bathtub, shower and sink.

Wow, there aren't enough words about how beautiful this place is, and how tastefully decorated, not to mention the gorgeous sunsets I got to see on my own balcony with a glass of wine. :) The location is also incredible, on a stunning corner close to the Ledru-Rollin metro stop across the street from a great boulangerie (don't sleep on it!!) with a ton of great restaurants nearby. Marco was also the most helpful host, checking in on me and helping above and beyond - he even offered his office as a place for me to receive 2 separate packages, which made things a lot easier for me. Moreover, when I discovered the hot water wasn't working properly, he took care of it immediately with great attention paid to my comfort and schedule. His assistant Federico was extremely helpful and kind as well. Couldn't have asked for a better stay or experience, thank you so much!!!
This beautiful flat is located near Ledru Rollin station and within walking distance of numerous great restaurants and multiple grocery stores. Its interior is extremely well-decorated and has a lot of convenient items. Its heating system worked great for the winter we stayed in particular with a polar vortex. The living room is spacious and the second bedroom is super cozy. All in all, this AirBnB place couldn't be better. Lastly, Marco is super professional. He was very much responsive and punctual. He is polite and fluent in multiple languages, making the communication with him super pleasant. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in a gorgeous flat at a reasonable price.

The apartment is located in the 11th arrondissement, a rather large district, which starts from the Bastille and extends up to the historic Pere Lachaise cemetery, reaching also Place de la Republique. It is a district of Paris which was rediscovered a few decades ago: home to several design and graphic studios, it is considered one of the most promising districts of the city, for what concerns the artistic production in Paris. One of its main streets is Rue Charonne, adjacent to the apartment, where many of the trendiest clubs of the French capital are located. Responding to the high demand of residents, the area of Oberkampf always offers high quality concerts of rock and jazz bands, as well as great food at reasonable prices, if you bypass the usual tourist trails: the real reputation of the district is only known by those who live in Paris or are so lucky to spend more than a weekend there.
