My partner and I stayed in this property for 3 months of working remotely and we enjoyed our stay. Some thoughts: 1/ The host, Marco, was very responsive. Whenever there was an issue he would reply very quickly and come by the property on the same day if needed. 2/ The flat is large and well distributed & comfortable for 2 people for a long stay. 3/ The Wifi worked well most of the time, but did drop out several times. 4/ The flat was left a bit dirty when we arrived (dirty cutlery, sponges etc) but Marco got a cleaner to come on the same day. Some amenities (e.g. drying rack, shampoo, soap) were not initially provided but Marco went out to get some. 5/ The street is very loud on weekends as there are a lot of bars nearby which can make it difficult to sleep. 6/ The plumbing was an issue. It is a very old building, so whenever the dishwasher/washing machine was on, dirty water would come up from the shower drain every time, no matter how much drain blocker we used.

What a great apartment, huge by Paris standards, in a brilliant location, excellent hosts. Federico was always available and very helpful. The bedroom is large with a king sized bed and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is new, spacious and well equipped , and the living area comfortable with a lovely outlook onto Rue de Charonne, which is a fabulous street. D’aligre market & the fantastic Le Baron Rouge is minutes away. Get your coffee from Early Bird coffee in the market, the best. This is easily the best place we have stayed at in all our trips to Paris, the 11eme the best area, everything was great. It is on the more expensive side, but more than worth it. Highest recommended

This is a wonderful pied-à-terre in the Bastille area. The secluded location in an otherwise busy area is perfect. So many restaurants, grocery shopping and cafés to choose from. It's very close to the 1, 5 and 8 Metro lines. Walkable to other tourist locations - Père Lachaise, Le Marais, River Seine, Rue de Rivoli, Louvre, Tuileries and more. It couldn't be better. The apartment is spacious and is extremely well-equiped with everything we needed. We spent 6 weeks there! Communication with Marco and his team of Federico and Giulia was exceptional. A fabulous way to experience Paris! Thanks guys!

J’ai passé six semaines sur place pour raisons professionnelles et j’ai pleinement apprécié l’appartement : Excellent rapport qualité prix pour un appartement aussi spacieux et de ce standing, dans un quartier central et animé (Bastille/Rue de Charonne). L’appartement est très fonctionnel (wifi puissant, cuisine excellemment équipée, lave-linge et sèche-lège performants). Marco est un hôte très disponible et réactif. J’espère retourner dans cet appartement !

We had a great stay at Marco's place! The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, extremely well outfitted in the kitchen. We were able to relax as well as work from home when needed. The internet connection was very fast and gave us no trouble. The location was very convenient to public transportation, and we had an easy time getting pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. We visited in summer, and the neighborhood was very lively. The restaurants across the street were full until late at night, but the windows provided good sound insulation. It was very warm for a couple of weeks during our stay, and we very happy that there were 2 fans to run during the day (the one in the bedroom was too loud to use at night). Overall, we warmly recommend the place for longer stays. Do not hesitate to book!
