Absolutely stunning views from the nest, hosts were so friendly and helpful. Spotless kitchen and bathroom felt right at home! Couldn’t recommend more!!!

First time visiting the Lake District, but certainly won’t be the last! Jay’s nest was exactly what we were looking for. The place was clean and cozy, they even have a booklet with recommended activities and restaurants. Definitely will be looking to come back in the future.

What amazing surroundings, Jays nest is a beautiful place to stay for couples, the house was immaculate on arrival. It is at the top of a hill so hard work walking home, taxis not easy to get in march, not sure about the summer months. Didn’t see a soul whilst we stayed there so fabulous if you like privacy. Plenty to see and do around the nearby area and some lovely places to eat, would definitely recommend Jackson’s in Bowness and Francine’s in Windermere

Our stay at jays nest was fabulous, Gary and Ange were very welcoming and the accommodation was spotless, cozy and the location Is fantastic. Will definitely stay again!
