This place was perfect for a couples stay especially in the off season. We could walk down to the beach every morning/night but almost everything else we had to drive to. Check in and check out was easy with the keyless door. The location and scenery made it feel like a treehouse and we enjoyed the hot tub since nights in May can get chilly. The host was responsive when I had any issues, questions, or needed recommendations. We brought our dog and I was glad we brought a little foldable baby gate because there’s a downstairs with rooms you don’t have access to and until we leaned the gate by the stairwell she kept trying to climb up and down!! The kitchen has everything and anything you could ever need to cook meals, appliances, wine fridges, coffee makers, etc! Great stay for being on the busy main road.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay! The location was in a prime location and the house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The host was very easy to communicate with. We are already talking about when to book our next stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Nicki's place (3 adults and a dog). It has a modern feel and is so nicely decorated it could have been professionally done. The kitchen is outstanding--big with plenty of high quality appliances. The bathroom supplies are generous. It's a short walk to the nearest ocean beach access. The boardwalk in Duck is very nice, especially as it is integrated with various local shops. Nicki responds very quickly and helpfully to any communications. The hot tub is a feature that sets this AirBnb apart. It was ready to use when we arrived and quite large. My wife and daughter really enjoyed it. The property is on a well-travelled road so there is some road noise, but we did not find it bothersome.

Nicki's place was a great stay, very comfortable and quiet among the trees. Such a great place to catch the more wooded spots of the outer banks in early spring, bike the neighborhoods and path into Duck, and easy access to the public beach up the road for sunrise/sunset.
