The home is centrally located between the mountains and Denver. Plenty of public transportation. Large spacious, fenced-in backyard including small pond. I am slowly updating each space. The first pictures show the spacious rooms, but the later pictures are with my furniture and style.

Stayed at Rachel's place for a 4 nights. Very clean place. Has everything you need to cook. Comfy bed and pillows. Blinds that shut out the light for sleeping in :) Great sized closet and has a TV that is easy to log into your streaming program of choice. Shared bathroom with host. Quiet location. There is a park in the neighborhood that is very nice to walk around. The park even has disc golf. Close to lots of things like shopping, eating, and 1 hour from Rocky Mtn National park, 30 min to Indian Hot Springs, 1hr 20min to Loveland Ski Park. She has an AWESOME dog with 3 legs and is super chill. She will also watch other dogs sometimes too. They were all great dogs and quite entertaining. We love dogs so this was not a problem for us. Noise travels easily in the house so I would recommend ear plugs. I am an avid ear plug user myself. Although close to the highway it was really quiet. Ample parking in front of the house. Rachel is super cool and chill:) We will be back!
Rachel was an amazing host. She is very friendly and I just love her sweet dog too. The air bnb felt just like I was at home. I also felt like my stuff and myself were safe while I was around or out and about. The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet and the backyard is beautiful. I also enjoyed talking to Rachel and getting to know her a little better. She is deffenetly on the air bnb list of places to come back to. I deffenetly got my money's worth staying at Rachel's air bnb and I almost forgot to mention, Rachel has the sweetest dog Named Moe. not sure if I spelt his name right but he is a sweetheart of a dog. My stay here was 5 stars 10/10 and Rachel's air bnb is most definitely worth your money. Thank-you Rachel for everything! you've made my week in Colorado a very very positive experience.

The neighborhood is only accessible from neighborhood roads. It’s quiet and neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. There is Fruitdale park within 2-3 blocks and the house is located between the city and mountains.
There is two parking spaces and lots of street parking. There are a few walkable bus stops and 2 train stations are close (walkable or drivable).
