Apt itself clean and looked like pictures. The stairway entrance (typical tenement stone) was not well maintained with litter and randomly an old piano. While it does advise on the 3rd floor it was very tricky with luggage and we have no mobility issues- I would suggest not ideal for a family. We had already had difficulty unloading our bags as very little road space. We book knowing we can get street parking over the weekend nearby but sadly there was nothing on any of the local streets so parking needs to be added (over £20 a day). We could have accepted all of this as apartment itself fine but sadly let down by the other owners/tenants - was awoken at 1am to very loud arguing until 3.40am. Another apartment seemed to have a party going on most of the night with unwell partygoers departing via the communal staircase Sunday morning. I don't think the description should suggest 'quiet' and access/entrance needs to be made much clearer to enable informed booking.

Excellent stay with my family. The apartment is great and in a really good location. A short walk into the City Centre. There is a really good pizza restaurant literally opposite the flat - I highly recommend that.

The property is in a great location a short 5/10 minute taxi to the centre. The entrance / hall way into the actual building smelt like sewage when we arrived which wasn’t too pleasant. The property itself was very nice and clean and done to a high standard. However, I would recommend taking slippers due to the wood floor boards. There was quite alot of noise which seemed to be coming from the upstairs flat, music, shouting and parting. This was until at least 3am on Friday night. The only thing about the property is it was very cold, we did try and turn the heating up however it didn’t seem to increase in temperature and we were all very cold so ensure to take dressing gowns! The parking on street is permit only so beware that you won’t be able to park directly outside and will have to park a few streets away!
