Such a fantastic place to stay! This home was beautiful, the neighborhood is great, and it was the perfect location for our volunteer ministry. Tracie was very accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here. We would love to stay again.

Very beautiful house and beautiful surroundings. The house is large and decorated nicely. All the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The master suite is gorgeous! The outside living spaces are wonderful as well! Beautiful back deck, with water views. There is also a screened-in porch with comfy seating, a heater and TV. The front porch is a great spot too, and the landscaping is very pretty! Great house, we all loved it and enjoyed our stay!

A great stay! The house itself is a bit dated, but very spacious & clean. It is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood, despite the houses being close together. Tracie is very responsive and friendly! There are not a lot of Airbnb options in Hazard, so this was a fabulous choice!

Tracie’s home was breathtakingly beautiful. My family and I have traveled extensively and this was by far our nicest AirBnB stay and we will absolutely book again in the future. Not only was the home spacious, immaculately clean, and very inviting - Tracie was gracious enough to provide drinks and snacks for us to enjoy when we arrived. My favorite space was the screened patio. It was lovely to work on my laptop outside in a space that was heated, had a television, and I could hear the river flowing. It made for the most peaceful, enjoyable evenings for my family and I. My teens loved the family/game room because of the 75 inch TV and it was stocked with so many wonderful games and activities for us to do. We played several games we had not tried before. Don’t hesitate, book with Tracie. She was fantastic and responsive. I really can’t state in words how wonderful our experience was!
