This historical home with parts of it built in the 1700’s features 9+ foot ceilings & is perfect for groups and families. Plenty of parking space. Sip your morning coffee and enjoy the views from one of three outdoor areas including a spacious backyard and glimpses of mountains peaking through the trees. We look forward to hosting you! ★ Fully stocked kitchen for simple meals with plenty of appliances ★ Indoor board game area ★ 2 Living Room areas with Roku TV’s - wifi-enabled. 5 beds | 3 baths | 2924 sq. ft. Main Floor: ‣ Kitchen stocked with utensils and appliances for making great meals ‣ Convenient Full bathroom with tub ‣ Laundry Room with introductory amount of supplies ‣ Dining area open to one of two living rooms ⇢ Please note: Heat available on 1st floor, no a/c window units secondary to the historic original windows are unable to accommodate those. The first floor generally stays cool, though! ‣ 2 Living rooms - Roku TV’s to use ⇢ Please note we don’t provide cable, but there are some free apps to use for movies or shows. ‣ Small pull-out bed (sleeps 1) is available in living room connected to dining area ★ Relax and enjoy a refreshing beverage on the porch or patio with outdoor seating Second Floor ‣ Bedroom 1 and 4 with queen size beds and attached/shared full bathroom with a stand up shower. ✦ Please note: 1 is accessed from the hallway, 4 is only accessed walking through 1 ‣ Balcony with outdoor furniture and views of the mountain ‣ Bedroom 2 with queen size bed ‣ Full bathroom accessed from hallway with tub/shower combo ‣ Bedroom 3 and 5 with double size beds ✦ Please note: 3 is accessed from the hallway, 5 is only accessed walking through 3. Kelsey's place suited my friend group well. The bedroom situation was clear from the jump, so it didn't bother us at all. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean. The seating arrangement in both living rooms were conducive to a group of people. Kelsey was very kind and communicated effectively and efficiently with us. The house is relatively in the middle of nowhere, which was quite lovely and suited our needs just fine. We would definitely book it again.

This is a great place to stay in fannettsburg, PA the hosts a really responsive on a timely manner easy to talk to and really accesible, the house while it is old is still have that cozy feeling that you will not have on any hotel. Long story short, this is a great place to stay in and i will definitely will stay over the next time i am in Town.
Kelsey was quite amicable and made the entire experience easy for us. We felt safe and comfortable.
