The place is brand new, spacious, unique and full of modern style. This is a backyard guesthouse with 1 King size bedroom, kitchenette, 1 bathroom and laundry room. We are 6 minutes from downtown Athens and Stadium. **This place DOES NOT HAVE A STOVE** It does have an electric griddle for making breakfast, an Air Fryer/Rotisserie and a microwave. There is also a full size fridge and farmhouse sink. Pictures don't do it justice. We have doorbell and outside cameras monitoring front & backyard This was a shed that's been fully converted into a house.

This place was a great stay and easy instructions to find it. Place was very nice and clean and well put together.
10/10 Very clean with cool amenities. Smelled so good. Just a heads up the main bathroom light is bluetooth, I didn’t find out until checkout and was so upset lol but test it out!
The water pressure was fantastic and the whole place was very spacious. 10/10
The place was very comfortable one thing I will say that was a con would most definitely be the WiFi but this house was very clean peaceful stay!

We are 10 minutes from downtown Athens, 20 minutes from Jefferson, Ga, 45 minutes from Gwinnett County and near all Athens hospitals.
Guests can park on one side of the driveway.
