This contemporary converted farm building is a wonderful escape for families. With a hot tub, a lush green lawn and a lovely al fresco dining area, everyone will find something to enjoy. Ideally located between the North Devon countryside and the North Cornwall coast, a stay at this converted stable offers the best of both worlds with the blissful beach of Widemouth Bay just 10 miles away. Make the most of the cinematic experience on offer in the living room with a Smart TV projector, a crackling wood burner and sumptuous seating in the form of sofas and bean bags. From the hall, head through to the kitchen/diner where there is a grand dining table for family feasts, as well as a country-style kitchen with everything you’ll need to get creative whilst cooking. Upstairs are three bedrooms, starting off with the blue-hued master bedroom which features a king-size bed, built-in storage and the luxury of an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also boasts a king-size bed with the flexibility to be made up as a twin upon request, whilst the final bedroom had a single bed, ideal for a child. A family bathroom completes the property with a bathtub for relaxation after a day of adventure. Extending the living space outside is the garden with its generously sized patio, complete with a hot tub and seating area, as well as an enclosed garden where children and dogs can play in the sunshine. Make for the coast and walk a stretch of the South West Coast Path to truly appreciate the rugged beauty of this part of the country, accessible from Widemouth Bay (10 miles). Many of the waters along this stretch are turquoise blue and offer a great opportunity for a wild sea swim. Alternatively, Bude (12 miles) has a charming sea pool which is a great option for families. For a day out in the countryside, visit Sourton (24 miles) and pick up one of the many walking trails on Dartmoor National Park, keeping your eyes peeled for Dartmoor ponies and other wildlife inhabiting the area.
