We chose this place for the location, which did not disappoint. It's very close to the Tappan Zee bridge, easy to reach and to get to other places. We knew it would be a lot of steps, but from the street parking to the house is 3 flights of stairs plus another flight up to the bedrooms. We could do it because we had someone strong enough to help us with out luggage. If you can't do steps, this isn't for you. The place was clean, quiet and well located. The host was easy to communicate with and got back to us immediately if we had questions. This was clearly set up to be a business, not a home, but worked well for us.

Convenient location and large.

First, the closest is still under construction and has some throw away carpet inside. There are not enough lights inside the house. The door lock inside is broken. No hot water in the restroom sink. Hot water is not enough for bath. The beds do not have enough pillows and blankets. This house does not meet the standard of living.

This property exceeded my expectations. The house was extremely cozy and fully accommodating. We all enjoyed cooking and eating together as family and the memories we made during our stay will always be remembered.
