South Hill Retreat was perfect for our recent stay in Spokane. We needed a place that would sleep a few family members and serve as a centralized meeting place as we celebrated our daughter's graduation from Whitworth University. The (very clean) indoor space provided enough room for us to spread out, and the private backyard space gave us some room for some outdoor fun and games. We felt like we were at home the minute we walked in and saw the "Congratulations, Graduate" balloon and sign that was waiting for us on arrival. Thanks, Hop!

This was the perfect home, yard, and location for our family of 10. The home was spotless and so easy to relax as well as do what we needed to. Hop (and K) were extremely responsive to all questions. They were also very proactive with ideas and insights about the home and area. I would most definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place. I really have nothing negative to say about it. I give it 12/10. 😁

My family stayed here while celebrating our son’s graduation from WSU. Took us about an hour to get to Pullman, but it was nice to avoid the crowds. Participated in the Bloomsday race on Sunday. House was super close to a shuttle stop which made getting to and from the race a peace of cake. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find, Hop always responded immediately, and the place was immaculate and well stocked with coffee grounds and sugar in the kitchen. 😊

Beautiful home. Safe neighborhood. A problem arose and was quickly fixed. Thank you for making our trip to Spokane perfect in every way!
