This fabulous condo is located in the sought after “Old DauphinWay” historic district with a balcony overlooking the beautiful Oak tree lined Government St. Just minutes away from downtown Mobile and many trendy restaurants, bars and attractions! Just an hour away from Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, 45 min from Fairhope and Dauphin Island! There is so much to do here and this complex and space will not disappoint! This immaculate 2/1 condo is on the second floor of the popular Windsor Warwick Historic Condominiums! This unit is very comfortable and nicely decorated in a historic Mobile theme! You can enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the balcony overlooking Government Street! This is the perfect place to relax after a fun filled day and night exploring our beautiful city! This place is super quiet due to the plaster walls and the fact that it’s a small complex with only 14 units. You will only hear traffic when you open the door to the quaint patio to let the breeze in!

After a little trouble with the lockbox, John brought the key to me within minutes to let me in. The rest of the stay was seamless. The place was pristine-top to bottom, and well-stocked. The location in midtown was great also. The residents are quiet and it’s walking distance to large grocery store, Starbucks, and liquor store. Short drive to downtown gets you to all the good restaurants too. I would definitely stay here again. It was a very pleasant stay.

This was a great place to stay on our visit to Mobile. The place was perfect for my wife and me. Great central location to explore all of the Gulf coast. We traveled to Dauphin Island, Biloxi and Ocean Springs easily from the apartment. We will use this place again when we visit Mobile.

We are located in the popular historic Old DauphinWay Historic district! The area is very walkable and the beautiful historic building this unit is located in is surrounded by other, super nice historic homes! There are many quaint shops and eateries nearby. You can walk to Winn Dixie grocery store, as well as all around the neighborhood! Most of the surrounding homes are adorned with pretty string lights!
Uber, Lyft and bus lines are available! You can walk all around the neighborhood and there is a nice lighted parking lot behind the complex!
