I had family pop in for a surprise visit. We were lucky that we were able to get Tracy's place at the last minute. Coming in from Canada where it was snowing, the tropical vibe of the house was just what the doctor ordered for my relatives. We had a blast!!

The house was awesome, my family enjoyed it with zero complaints. It was spotless, well stocked with all essentials needed, along with some snacks. House had many cool features, and is well located to Kemah Boardwalk, NASA Space Center, etc. Great view of the water from the balcony, and the downstairs entertainment area was awesome! Host clearly communicated any and all instructions ahead of time so everything went smoothly, and thus there wasn’t a need to communicate during the stay, but was very responsive before and after. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. It’s very clean, spacious, and convenient to many good restaurants and entertainment. It has a cool downstairs area that will be really enjoyable in warmer months. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay!
